November 2009 – A few months after rolling out a brand new claims management system to its clients, CatManDo, Inc., an independent property insurance adjusting company and Third Party Administrator (TPA) has completed the integration of the popular IntegriClaim property claims estimating software from MSB with its CatTracks™ system which is powered by the ClickClaims claims management software system from EClaims. This fully integrated claims management system creates an end-to-end, time and cost savings process that starts with the initial claims filing all the way to settling the claims with the insurance carrier’s policyholder. The efficient work flow, advanced management and reporting capabilities supports CatManDo’s commitment to provide industry leading time-in-process and customer service performance to its clients.

This infrastructure provides many benefits to various user groups:
- Claims assigned to CatManDo flow automatically from the carriers’ systems into CatTracks, and then flow through to the assigned adjuster. This eliminates input error that occurs when claims information must be entered multiple times into disparate systems.
- The carriers inside claims managers gain full visibility of all adjusting activities, key claim milestones, documents and reports. This is accomplished using the client dashboard view within CatTracks. The flexibility of CatTracks can also be configured to push this same data through to the carrier’s CMS if desired.
- Independent and staff field adjusters benefit greatly as well. All the claim information and data flows seamlessly to and from the field adjuster into the CMS, eliminating duplicate effort and human error.
- In addition to efficient workflow, this integrated system provides robust reporting capabilities that allows for solid analysis of key claims analytics by management staff at CatManDo and its clients.
